NanoFusion provides lead generation services that connect businesses with potential customers who have expressed interest in their products or services. Our platform uses artificial intelligence and social network integration to identify, qualify, and deliver leads to our clients.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
To access certain features of our services, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Our pricing is based on a per-lead model, with rates varying depending on the advertising channel used. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our services. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in these Terms or required by law.
We strive to provide high-quality leads that have expressed genuine interest in your products or services. However, we cannot guarantee that every lead will convert to a sale. If you receive a lead that does not meet our qualification criteria, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the lead.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services. You also agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services, other accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to our services.
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of NanoFusion or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NanoFusion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on our services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NanoFusion and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to our services; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
